The Discovery Call: Once we've heard from you, we'll reach out to schedule a call. No pitch, no pressure, just an honest conversation about where your business is, where you want it to go, and whether Em + Elle is the right fit to get you there.

The Kickoff: You're officially on our VIP list! We walk through your marketing ecosystem (logins, platforms, current process, what's working and what's collecting dust). The more we have upfront, the faster we can move! We’ll make sure we're fully dialed in on your brand, your voice, and exactly what you need. For some clients, that's a deep dive. For others, it's a quick sync, and we're off!

The Main Event: This is what you hired us for. Strategy is set, execution is running, and your marketing is finally working the way it should. We show up every week, optimize as we go, and treat your business like it's ours, because that's just how we operate.

How do we get started?
As much or as little as you want. Some clients hand over the keys and trust us to drive. Others like to stay in the loop. Either works! We'll find a rhythm during onboarding that keeps you informed without living in your inbox.
How involved do I need to be?
Our services are month-to-month, because we'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into something that stops working! There's nothing worse than being stuck at a party you don't want to be at anymore, so we never lock anyone in for extended 6-to-12 month contracts. We want you to have fun at the party with us, and not feel stuck if it isn't a fit!
Do you require long-term contracts?
That's what the discovery call is for! We'll talk through where you are, where you want to go, and recommend what makes sense for your business, not just whatever's on the menu.
What if I don't know which service I need?
