Founded by Brooke, Em + Elle is named after her two dogs — Max and Lucy, M + L. They're fiercely loyal, laser-focused on what matters, and a daily reminder that being intentional with your time means actually getting to enjoy your life. Max and Lucy don't overthink it. They show up, they're present, and they make every moment count. That's the exact energy we bring to client work.
Brooke spent years in corporate marketing — managing 40+ client accounts and driving 10% annual revenue growth through strategies that actually delivered. She knows what it takes to perform at scale.
But corporate marketing comes with a catch. Cookie-cutter strategies. Noise that nobody wants to cut through. And a whole lot of distance between the work and the people it's supposed to serve.
